Methodology

  • Definition of purchasing strategies by category and application of selected optimization levers: commercial (sourcing, RFI*, RFQ*, …), technical (RTC*) and operational (organization and processes).
  • Management of joint client negotiations – Ayming
  • Workshops to identify internal improvements and plan them in a Route Map.
