SHAPE, LEAD AND DRIVE Marketing & Communication Strategy TO increase THE confidence in our Brand to become the first choice in our market.

Main functions?

Agreeing on Global Marketing Strategy and in alignment with LOB Directors:

  • Devise, design and implement Ayming Spain Market Strategy
  • Be the driving force that fosters the integration between Sales, Delivery and the MarCom team. Relate to internal stakeholders and provide competitive intelligence in order to refine the target audience to improve the value proposition -communication & market strategy- keeping an open channel of communication to realign and improve marketing actions.
  • Define a strategic action plan to create and maintain close loyal relationships with our current clients and future prospects,
  • Co-create external and internal communication with the Leadership Team in order to create the messages, channels, materials, partners, agencies and events that position Ayming as the best choice for both prospects and candidates.
  • Guarantee and coordinate the implementation and optimization of the international Ayming Strategy for communication, inbound marketing, positioning and ensure accurate reports to improve decisions.
